MREs and food

​

All MREs and food products are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind. Health and safety rules do not allow us to take consumable items back.

Packaged drinking water and water pouches are final sale. Water containers and treatment gear follow our standard return terms.

​

If food arrives damaged, leaking, spoiled, past its safety date, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or refund the item price and the shipping you paid for that item.

Electronics

​

New electronics may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, and sent back in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.

Clothing and all other merchandise

​

Clothing and all other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

​

• Items must be in their original condition.

• Change-of-mind refunds do not include the original shipping fee.

• You pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method 5 to 10 business days after we receive the returned product.

 

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

 

Email us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund the item price and the original shipping for that item. We pay return shipping when the problem is ours. This does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under California law or the law of your state.

 

How to start a return

 

Email contact@preppershop.com. We will send return instructions. Do not ship anything until we confirm the return.

Shipping

Orders ship by USPS. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
